Meet the Instructor
Clay Myers
Founder and CEO of Nashville Music Consultants
Clay Myers is a music industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in artist development, music publishing, artist management, and television production.
He began his Nashville career working with ALABAMA, later held key roles at Reba McEntire’s Starstruck Entertainment and Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and helped oversee a writing staff that produced major hits, including Taylor Swift’s BMI Song of the Year, “You Belong With Me.”
Myers has also served as Talent Producer for seven seasons of THE SONG and worked with CMT and Circle Network on multiple music-based series.
A passionate advocate for emerging talent, Myers brings decades of real-world industry experience to helping artists grow their careers.
